Roles & Responsibilities :

- Execute mutual fund transactions accurately through NSE NMF II and other relevant platforms.
- Process purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, switches, and other investor transactions.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC, CKYC, FATCA, nomination, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of all transactions while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and Relationship Managers for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain client records, documentation, and MIS reports.




- Resolve operational queries and provide prompt support to Relationship Managers and clients.
- Follow internal SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company processes.

What We’re Looking For :

- Experience in mutual fund operations with hands-on knowledge of NSE NMF II transactions.
- Experience working on Investwell CRM is preferred.
- Positive understanding of mutual fund operational processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with good communication skills.
