Role Description The Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across Pro Ultimate’s fitness ecosystem. This role includes coordinating gym setup processes, monitoring inventory and equipment dispatch, and ensuring smooth operational workflows between manufacturing, franchising, and academy functions.

Executive will track performance metrics, identify process improvements, assist with scheduling and resource allocation,



and support compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The role involves regular communication with cross-functional teams, franchise partners, and vendors to resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high service quality.

Executive will also prepare reports, maintain documentation, and contribute to operational best practices that support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support end-to-end gym and business processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track key metrics, interpret data, and recommend process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or service delivery within fitness, retail, or similar industries is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with ERP or operations software is an advantage.
