Designation: Operations Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 years

You Will Be Responsible For

- ensuring success of existing clients & driving repeat business from the existing network of clients
- dealing with client requests, troubleshooting problems and ensuring necessary coordination with different departments
- providing comprehensive training to B2B clients to ensure effective adoption and usage of our products and services
- Understanding client requirements and providing timely solutions to queries, requests, and operational issues.
- You are expected to possess:
- outstanding oral and written communication skills
- self-starter skills, team player skills and motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes
- team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
- confident in conducting training sessions and interacting with clients

NOTE: Candidates with experience as an IELTS / PTE Trainer or Counsellor or solid exposure to the IELTS/PTE sector are preferred. Candidates who have personally appeared for IELTS or PTE may also apply.
