About the Role

We are seeking an empathetic and proactive Operations Executive to support patients and their families during their recovery journey. You will serve as their primary guide, ensuring a smooth care experience and maintaining clear communication between families and our medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support: Welcome new patients, answer non-medical questions, and guide families through the facility.

- Communication: Act as a bridge between families and clinical teams regarding recovery goals and care plans.

- Problem Solving: Listen to feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and work with staff to fix operational issues.

- Feedback: Conduct regular check-ins during admission and exit surveys at discharge to improve patient satisfaction.

Requirements

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospital Administration.

- Experience: 0–1 years (Fresh graduates are welcome!).

- Location: In-person / In office.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
