An Operations Executive need manages back-end lending processes, client onboarding, document verification, and regulatory compliance to ensure daily financial transactions and loan disbursements run smoothly and accurately.

Core Responsibilities

- Loan Processing: Review, verify, and process customer loan applications (such as gold, personal, or business loans) from entry to final approval.
- Client Onboarding & KYC: Collect and check customer identity proofs, run Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, and set up current borrower accounts.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare, manage, and safely store loan agreements, sanction letters, and repayment schedules.
- Disbursement Coordination: Verify pre-disbursement conditions and coordinate with finance teams to release loan funds to clients.




- Compliance & Reporting: Follow standard regulatory guidelines, draft daily or monthly management information system (MIS) reports, and track operational metrics.

Required Skills

- Data Accuracy: High attention to detail for handling financial data and avoiding errors.
- Computer Literacy: Good command of office software and database entry.
- Communication: Ability to work well with internal credit teams, recovery units, and customers.
