The Role

We are hiring an Operations Executive to own the day-to-day relationship with on-ground stakeholders: site contacts, customer field officers, and installation vendors for a large enterprise rollout. You are the person who makes sure each site is ready when the team is ready, and who unblocks the small things that would otherwise stall a multi-site project.

What You Will Own

- Run daily coordination calls with site contacts, customer field representatives, and installation vendors.
- Collect site information (outlet photos, contact details, equipment access) and capture it accurately in internal trackers.
- Schedule installation visits between vendors and sites, including travel logistics and access permissions.
- Resolve on-ground blockers (power, network,



contact availability, vendor delays) through phone calls and structured follow-ups.
- Maintain the audit trail: every call logged, every commitment tracked, every milestone updated.
- Cover multiple sites per day sustainably, with multiple touchpoints per site over its lifecycle.

Must Have

- 5 to 8 years of experience in field operations, telecalling, customer success, or vendor coordination, preferably in a multi-site setting.
- Strong fluency in English and Tamil.
- Strong telephone presence: clear, calm, and persistent without being abrasive.
- Comfortable with structured tools: Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM-style trackers.
- High attention to follow-through and a strong sense of ownership: every commitment tracked through to closure.

Nice to Have

- Working proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi.
- Prior exposure to telecom, CCTV, or other large multi-site rollout operations.
- Familiarity with vendor management and installation logistics.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, Zoho CRM, or similar field tooling.
