Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Operations Executive / Client Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads provided by the company, explaining our products and services, sharing product catalogues and details, and coordinating with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Positive Hindi communication skills are required, while basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and other relevant details to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Share product catalogues, quotations, and details through WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team for further requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Support the sales and operations team in day-to-day coordination activities.
