What You ll Do

- Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement through process audits and data analysis.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, implementation of standards and procedures, and continuous optimization efforts.
- Design and deploy automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and increase overall productivity.
- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure seamless internal operations and effective communication.
- Support internal sales operations by managing sales data, coordinating with account managers, and assisting in customer onboarding and follow-up activities.
- Track multiple ongoing projects, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, standards, and operational processes.
- Provide performance insights and regular operational feedback to leadership teams.
- Assist in implementing and integrating new tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to communications, outreach, and marketing initiatives with creative problem-solving and execution.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, workflows, and decision-making across functions.
- Support special projects and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.
