Job Summary

We're looking for an Operations Associate to help execute and scale our Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) operations.

This is a highly hands-on role. You'll work across field sites, coordinate with farmers, logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams, and help ensure that deployments happen smoothly from planning through execution. Every day will look a little different - one week you may be coordinating large-scale rock movement, another week supporting field deployments or helping troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate enjoys being on the ground, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do.

This role requires regular travel to our field locations.

Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day field operations
- Coordinate field deployments across multiple project sites.
- Work closely with local field teams to ensure operations are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Monitor day-to-day activities and proactively resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Support planning and execution during large deployment campaigns.

- Coordinate logistics and supply chain

- Work with logistics partners to coordinate movement of rock, equipment, and other operational materials.
- Track inventory, deliveries, dispatches, and material movement across sites.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Help optimise logistics to improve operational efficiency.

- Manage stakeholder relationships

- Build strong working relationships with farmers, estate managers, contractors,



transport partners, and local stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational coordination on the ground.
- Ensure smooth communication between field teams and internal stakeholders.

- Improve operational systems

- Maintain accurate operational records, deployment data, and documentation.
- Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Help build simple systems that make operations more reliable and scalable.
- Support the implementation of current operational workflows across projects.

- Work cross-functionally

- Collaborate closely with our science, engineering, GIS, and operations teams.
- Support field experiments and research deployments where required.
- Assist with data collection and operational reporting that informs scientific analysis.
