EleFit is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Amazon Seller Account Executive to manage our day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations along with office, inventory, shipping and logistics activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of tasks, follow up with vendors and logistics partners, solve operational issues quickly, and keep management updated without requiring constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller Operations

- Manage Elefit's Amazon Seller Central account on a daily basis.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer-related issues.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics and operational notifications.
- Create and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support.
- Track stranded inventory, suppressed listings and other account issues.
- Coordinate inventory availability and stock updates.
- Monitor Amazon reports and identify operational issues.
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly Amazon sales and operations reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed on time.

Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate daily order processing, packing and dispatch.
- Schedule and track courier/Amazon pickups.
- Monitor delayed, failed, lost and damaged shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues.
- Track returns and ensure returned products are properly received and recorded.
- Maintain shipping and logistics records.
- Identify recurring logistics problems and suggest improvements.

Inventory & Warehouse Administration
- Maintain accurate inventory records.




- Coordinate stock movement between warehouse/office and marketplace.
- Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system/Amazon inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment when required.
- Manage office stationery and consumables.
- Maintain records of office purchases and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance providers and service providers.
- Handle courier/document dispatches and incoming shipments.
- Coordinate basic office logistics, repairs, housekeeping and supplies.
- Maintain invoices, bills and other operational documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers.
- Take ownership of miscellaneous operational requirements as they arise.

Qualifications:

Must Have

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, logistics or office operations.
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good to Have

- Experience with Amazon FBA/FBM.
- Experience handling Amazon Seller Support cases.
- Experience with courier/logistics platforms.
- Experience managing inventory.
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Flipkart or Meesho.
- Basic understanding of GST invoices and e-commerce documentation.
