This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This is NOT a WFH or hybrid position — you must be available to work from our office.

We are looking to hire an Operations & Ecommerce Executive based in Mumbai.

This role will include managing end-to-end order processing, inventory, e-commerce marketplace operations, vendor coordination, and warehouse management. We're seeking someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts, who is excited to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment like Luar.

Order Processing & Logistics

- Manage end-to-end order processing through shipping and courier platforms.
- Including dispatches, deliveries, RTO’s and more...

Inventory & Sales Management

- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular inventory reconciliation.
- Cross-checking inventory and sales data to prepapre monthly summaries
- Calculate monthly sales across all e-commerce channels and retailers.

E-commerce Marketplace Management

- Manage operations across online marketplaces.
- Process and fulfil Purchase Orders (POs).
- Upload invoices, discounts, and promotional offers.
- Maintain and update product catalogues and listings for respective marketplaces
- Coordinate FBA shipments and inventory replenishment.
- Work with the design team for product creatives and listing requirements.

Vendor Coordination





- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and inventory replenishment.
- Coordinate with NPD for incoming inventory accross products, packaging, accessories...

Exhibitions & Events

- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory movement, event materials, and operational support.

Beauty Awards

- Manage registrations and participation for beauty awards.
- Coordinate submissions, documentation, and communication related to award entries.

WhatsApp Marketing

- Execute and monitor WhatsApp marketing campaigns using WATI.
- Manage campaign scheduling and customer communication.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

- Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 1-2+ years of work experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce management (beauty/FMCG industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and sales tracking.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce seller platforms (Nykaa, Amazon Seller Central, Tata
- CLiQ, etc.).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills across order processing, inventory, and
- vendor management.
- Experience with courier/shipping platforms and dispute resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously with minimal
- supervision.
- Comfortable working under tight timelines in a collaborative team environment.

Work Details - Reporting in Andheri West, Mumbai. Working Days; Monday to Saturday (Second and Fourth Saturdays off) Timings - 11am to 7pm
