As our Procurement Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle — from identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating contracts to managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will play a pivotal role in controlling costs, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the operational needs of our growing fleet and business.

What You'll Do

- Manage Procurement Processes – Lead the full procurement cycle including sourcing, RFQ/RFP issuance, vendor evaluation, PO creation, and order tracking.
- Vendor Relationship Management – Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers for vehicle parts, maintenance supplies, fuel, and operational equipment.
- Contract Negotiation – Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
- Cost Control & Budget Management – Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and report on spend analytics.
- Inventory Oversight – Collaborate with Operations to manage inventory levels, prevent shortages, and reduce excess stock.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Fleet Management, Finance, and Operations to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Market Research – Continuously evaluate market conditions, supplier capabilities, and emerging procurement tools.

What You Bring

Professional Background

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance,

- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain; transportation/fleet experience is a plus

Core Competencies

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings

- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation habits
