Tattva is looking for a Manager – Operational Excellence, to lead back-end spa standards development, SOP development, quality audits across our spa network, based out of our Head Office.

This role is ideal for someone from a robust hospitality, F&B;, or retail operations background who has led brand standards and audit functions at scale. Management graduates looking to build a career in hospitality and having an eye for the finer details are also welcome to apply.

Why this role: You'll be the custodian of what "Tattva Spa standard" means — from the linen on the table to the protocol the therapist follows to the audit score at a partner hotel. If you've spent your career making sure standards don't slip once you look away, this is that role, at brand-HO scale.

Key Job Responsibilities

Spa Standards Development & Execution

- Develop and maintain SOPs across spa ambience, guest journey and service operations.
- Create SOPs for new product launches, initiatives, and process changes
- Drive execution and adoption of updated SOPs across all spa locations in collaboration with L&D; team
- Upgrade brand elements — linen, beds, uniforms, tools, ambience — to consistent standards
- Partner closely with marketing, projects, operations, and training teams to embed standards into every new launch or upgrade

Quality Audits & Compliance Management

- Design and run audit frameworks (monthly, quarterly, annual) across the network
- Manage internal and external audits, including hotel-partner audits
- Evaluate SOP adherence,



hygiene standards, therapist protocols, and guest experience
- Track audit scores, drive corrective actions, and close the loop on repeat issues

Guest Experience & Service Quality

- Evaluate the end-to-end guest journey and identify improvement areas through audits and feedback
- Work with operations and training teams to implement service quality improvements

Product, Materials & Brand Element Development

- Source and evaluate oils, products, linen, and tools; assess formulations, benefits, and pricing
- Work with vendors to develop and standardize products and brand elements across spas

What we're looking for

- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality, F&B;, retail brand operations with meaningful exposure to quality assurance and brand standards.
- A strong eye for luxury detailing, ambience, and service consistency — and the discipline to translate that into SOPs that hold up across locations
- Proven experience running audits and driving corrective action closure, not just identifying gaps
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, training, projects, and operations teams
- Willingness to travel across the spa network for audits and on-ground execution
