Job Summary

Dana Business Platforms LLP is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of organizational activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities and work effectively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure smooth and productive execution of operational processes.
- Supervise and coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing activities.
- Support management in planning and implementing business initiatives.
- Ensure company policies, procedures,



and standards are followed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day operational challenges and resolve them effectively.

Requirements
- Previous experience in operations management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of operational activities. Candidates who can effectively coordinate people and processes and contribute to business growth will be preferred.
