- Assist in day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for product availability and order processing.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.
- Follow up on pending, delayed, and undelivered orders.
- Assist in NDR and RTO-related follow-ups.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Vendor, and Logistics teams.
- Help ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Identify operational issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Perform other operational tasks assigned by the manager.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
