We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with robust expertise in Fast Formula development, customization, testing, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a primary focus on Fast Formulas, integrations, data validation, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, modify, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Fast Formula.

- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud technical components.

- Develop formulas for calculations, validations, eligibility rules, defaults, and business rules.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.





- Troubleshoot formula compilation errors and incorrect calculation results.

- Support integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and downstream/upstream systems.

- Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Perform data analysis and validation using Oracle HCM extracts, HDL, HSDL, and reporting tools.

- Support technical issues related to HCM business processes and production environments.

- Prepare technical specifications, test cases, and technical documentation.

- Participate in requirement discussions, impact analysis, and solution design.
