We’re Hiring – Online Creative Writing Teachers ✍️

We’re looking for creative, enthusiastic, and empathetic Online Creative Writing Teachers to teach Grades 3–6 through engaging 1:1 live online classes. Help young learners develop their imagination, storytelling, vocabulary, and confidence in writing using Codingal’s curriculum and interactive tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging 45-minute 1:1 online Creative Writing classes for Grades 3–6.
- Conduct trial/demo classes and personalize learning based on each student’s needs.
- Teach storytelling, creative expression, vocabulary, sentence building, and writing techniques.
- Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to students and parents.
- Conduct writing activities, quizzes, doubt-clearing sessions, and PTMs.
- Encourage students to express their ideas confidently and creatively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Literature, Linguistics, Journalism, or related fields .
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Creative Writing, English, Literature, Storytelling, Content Writing, or Communication Skills.
- Published authors, aspiring authors, poets, bloggers, screenwriters, storytellers,



and professional content/creative writers with relevant teaching or mentoring experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience conducting creative writing workshops, writing clubs, storytelling sessions, or children’s writing programs is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong vocabulary and communication skills.
- Creative, patient, and empathetic approach, especially with young learners.

? Earning:
- 30% revenue share on net course fees, with a ₹250–₹500 minimum guarantee per class .
- Monthly Minimum Guarantee for the first 6 months .
- Additional incentives for conversions, retention, night shifts, weekends, and referrals.
- Top 50% of teachers earn ₹50,000+ per month.
- Top 10% earn ₹1,00,000+ per month.

? Work Schedule:
- Remote / Work From Home
- Minimum 4 hours daily , with versatile scheduling.
- Availability required for demos, onboarding, and training during the hiring process.
