What are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Online Finishing Artist with strong expertise in DaVinciResolve and Foundry Nuke to join our post-production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality finishing, compositing, versioning, and master delivery across advertising, broadcast, OTT, cinema, digital, and social media campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with editors, VFX artists, colorists, producers, creative directors, and agency teams to ensure every project is technically accurate, visually polished, and delivered to the highest production standards.

The ideal candidate combines creative problem-solving with technical expertise and thrives in a fast-paced post-production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Online Editing & Finishing:

- Perform end-to-end online conform and finishing using DaVinciResolve.
- Conform offline edits and prepare production-ready timelines for final delivery.
- Execute final finishing for TV commercials, digital campaigns, OTT, cinema, and social media content.
- Prepare high-quality master files while ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
- Manage versioning and multiple campaign deliverables efficiently.

Compositing & VFX:





- Create high-quality composites using Foundry Nuke.
- Perform green/blue screen keying and multi-layer compositing.
- Execute beauty retouching, skin cleanup, object removal, reflection cleanup, and image restoration.
- Create clean roto mattes and masks to support compositing tasks.
- Deliver seamless VFX integration while maintaining visual continuity.

Tracking &Screen; Integration:

- Perform 2D tracking, planar tracking, object tracking, and basic 3D camera tracking.
- Execute screen replacements, insert replacements, and camera stabilization.
- Utilize Mocha Pro for advanced planar tracking, masking, and cleanup workflows.
- Ensure accurate tracking data for compositing and finishing tasks.

Advertising Adaptation & Versioning:

- Create regional adaptations including supers, subtitles, end cards, and localized graphics.
- Manage product artwork updates, packaging changes, and label replacements across multiple SKUs.
- Produce campaign cut-downs and multiple aspect ratio deliverables for broadcast and digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency across all localized versions and campaign assets.

Color & Image Finishing:

- Perform primary and secondary color corrections within finishing workflows.
- Match shots for consistency across edits and campaign versions.
- Execute beauty grading, exposure balancing, and skin tone refinement.
- Ensure broadcast-safe color levels and compliance with delivery specifications.
- Collaborate with colorists when advanced grading is required.
- Editorial Support
- Produce commercial edits and campaign cut-downs (60s, 30s, 20s, 15s, 10s, 6s).
- Sync and manage audio for final delivery.
- Perform frame-accurate trimming, timeline conform, and final qualitychecks.
- Maintain organized project timelines and version control throughout production.

Broadcast Delivery:

- Prepare final masters for Television, OTT, Cinema, Digital, and Social Media platforms.
- Perform technical quality control before final delivery.




- Ensure compliance with platform-specific technical specifications and broadcast standards.
- Package project files, archives, and deliverables according to studio workflows.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with Producers, Editors, VFX Artists, Colorists, Creative Directors, and Agency teams.
- Participate in supervised client review sessions and implement feedback efficiently.
- Communicate creative and technical solutions throughout production.
- Support multiple projects while consistently meeting production deadlines.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in online editing, finishing, and compositing workflows.
- Excellent understanding of conform, versioning, media management, and delivery pipelines.
- Advanced compositing skills including keying, roto, paint, cleanup, and multi-pass compositing.
- Robust understanding of tracking workflows including planar tracking, object tracking, and camera stabilization.
- Solid knowledge of broadcast delivery specifications, codecs, color spaces, and finishing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Nice to Have

- Experience delivering campaigns for global brands across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with ACES color management and HDR workflows.
- Experience with IMF, DCP, and OTT platform delivery specifications.
- Basic scripting or workflow automation knowledge.
- Exposure to AI-assisted post-production and finishing workflows.

Software Experience.

- DaVinci Resolve (Essential)
- Foundry Nuke (Essential)
- Mocha Pro
- Adobe After Effects (good to have)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (good to have)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Frame.io, ShotGrid, or similar review and production management tools (preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Visual Effects, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
- 5–15 years of experience in post-production, online finishing, VFX, advertising, or broadcast production.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating online finishing, compositing, and campaign delivery work.
