About the Role

STEMLearn.AI is looking for passionate and experienced Online Coding Tutors to join our academic team. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring students, and working with programming and emerging technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online coding classes for school and college students.
- Teach programming concepts including Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AI, Generative AI, and related technologies.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and support students with assignments and projects.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage active participation and create an engaging virtual classroom environment.
- Deliver high-quality and interactive online learning experiences.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience, preferably with higher-grade school or college students.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AI, Generative AI, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Strong online teaching and student engagement skills.
- Comfortable conducting live classes using online teaching platforms.
- Availability for approximately 120 teaching hours per month.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a professional teaching setup.
