Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Online Bidder / Proposal Executive to generate business opportunities through freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and inbound opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing proposals, submitting bids, and following up with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other online marketplaces.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals according to client requirements.
- Respond to relevant job opportunities on LinkedIn.
- Review and respond to RFPs and RFQs.
- Prepare professional business proposals and capability presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Maintain records of submitted proposals and bidding activities.
- Follow up with prospects after proposal submission.
- Track responses, negotiations, meetings, and opportunities through CRM.




- Research competitors and market opportunities to improve bidding strategies.
- Achieve assigned bidding, lead-generation, and business-development targets.

Required Skills
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and research abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, software development, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with excellent communication and writing skills may also apply.
