Role Description The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, from initial setup to successful adoption of SCREENBUZZ’s DOOH solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, collecting and validating client requirements, configuring accounts or platforms, and conducting walkthroughs and training sessions.

The Onboarding

Specialist will monitor onboarding milestones, address client questions or concerns, and document processes and feedback to improve onboarding efficiency. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to ongoing account management.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding skills to structure onboarding journeys, manage timelines, and ensure successful go-live for new clients.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, identify process gaps, and track onboarding metrics and performance.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct training sessions, create documentation, and handle client queries.
- Prior experience in client-facing or implementation roles, preferably in digital media, advertising technology, or SaaS environments.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences.
- Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and basic reporting; familiarity with DOOH or advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
