Role Description The On-Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting Cocofond products directly to customers and partners in Indore through in-person engagement. This role involves organizing and executing local marketing campaigns, conducting product demonstrations, distributing promotional materials, and gathering customer feedback to support brand growth. The On-Field Marketing Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies, report on campaign performance, and identify opportunities for increased visibility in retail and event settings.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers, explain product benefits clearly, and build lasting relationships.
- Experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional events, including product demonstrations, sampling activities, and brand activations.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including brand positioning, customer targeting, and local market outreach.
- Ability to work independently in on-field environments, manage time effectively, and meet campaign goals and performance targets.
- Comfort with travel within Indore for store visits, events, and partner meetings, and willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Proficiency in maintaining simple reports on customer interactions, feedback, and campaign outcomes to share with the marketing team.
- Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
