Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As an Operations Department, we embrace and reinforce the solid PRIDE! culture that is built up in DBS. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Handle static data change requests for customer accounts

Perform pre-processing checks, including verifying the completeness of customer requests

Process Service requests such as Static data amendments, REKYC, Dormant account activation, Account closure, etc.

Ensure timely completion of requests with accuracy

Demonstrate a basic understanding of RBI KYC Master Direction





Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and automation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry

Solid attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficient in using relevant banking and financial systems

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Adaptable to changes and willing to learn new skills
