Major Purpose of the Job : Responsible for sampling and testing of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Water Testing and Finished Product Principle Task and Responsibilities :

- Water Testing:
- Perform routine and specialized tests on water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Analyze test results and interpret data to identify any deviations from expected results.
- Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions for water testing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot water testing equipment.
- Raw Material Testing:
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials to ensure they meet specified quality and safety standards.
- Document test results and report any non-conformities to the Quality Control Manager.
- Verify and validate raw material specifications and ensure proper storage conditions.




- Packaging Material Testing:
- Test packaging materials to ensure they meet industry and company standards for quality and safety.
- Assess packaging materials for compatibility with finished products and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document and report any issues or deviations in packaging material performance.
- Finished Product Testing:
- Perform comprehensive testing on finished products to ensure they meet all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct stability studies and shelf-life testing as required.
- Investigate and document any deviations or issues with finished products.
- Any activity assigned by Dept. Head.
