To achieve this, we are implementing the Odoo ERP platform across our entire organization, covering key areas such as property management, finance, sales, and human resources.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of the Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python programming skills, a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, and a proven track record of at least 4 years in successful Odoo implementations. You will work closely with department heads to analyze business processes, configure and customize Odoo modules, and ensure a smooth transition from our current systems to a fully integrated Odoo environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of the Odoo ERP implementation, including planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

· Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments (Property Management, Finance, Sales, HR) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these needs into technical specifications and functional Odoo solutions.





· System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with the company's operational workflows. This includes developing custom modules and features using Python, XML, and JavaScript where standard Odoo functionality is insufficient.

· Data Migration: Plan and execute the migration of data from legacy systems (e.g., spreadsheets, other software) into the new Odoo database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

· Integration: Manage the integration of Odoo with other essential business tools and third-party applications as needed.

· Training & Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure effective adoption of the new system. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting post-implementation.

· Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including system configurations, custom code, and user guides.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and development.

· Technical Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Python programming.

· Solid experience with Odoo frameworks (ORM, workflows, security rules, etc.).

· Proficiency in web technologies: XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.





· Ability to write productive SQL queries.

· Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

· Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of standard Odoo modules, particularly those relevant to real estate/property management, such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, and HR. Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a strong advantage.

· Project Management: Proven ability to manage implementation projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and within scope.

· Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience with Odoo version upgrades and migrations.

· Experience implementing Odoo in a multi-company environment.
