About the Role

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Delivery Manager / Project Manager to take complete ownership of Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to Go-Live, Hypercare, stabilization, and project closure.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Odoo ERP implementation, project management, client handling, business requirement analysis, and accounting/finance processes.

Robust Accounting & Odoo Accounting experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Odoo ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap analysis.
- Prepare/review BRD, FRD, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT documents.
- Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Developers, QA, Data Migration, DevOps, and Support teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead UAT, testing, user training, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Manage client communication, expectations, escalations, approvals, and sign-offs.
- Handle change requests, scope gaps, enhancements, and out-of-scope requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and business requirements.
- Act as the key bridge between clients, finance teams, technical teams, consultants, and management.

Mandatory Odoo & Accounting Skills Strong practical knowledge of Odoo Accounting and Indian Accounting, including:

- Odoo Accounting & Finance
- Chart of Accounts, Journals & Journal Entries
- Customer Invoices & Vendor Bills
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Bank & Payment Reconciliation
- General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet
- GST, CGST, SGST & IGST
- TDS / TCS and GST Reconciliation
- E-Invoice & E-Way Bill
- Inventory Valuation & Stock Accounting
- Financial Reporting




- Opening Balances & Data Migration
- Multi-company / Multi-currency Accounting

The candidate should understand how Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Expenses, POS, Projects, and HR transactions impact accounting.

Project Delivery Experience

Hands-on experience across the complete implementation cycle:

Requirement Gathering → BRD/FRD → Gap Analysis → Configuration → Development Coordination → Data Migration → Testing → UAT → Training → Go-Live → Hypercare → Sign-Off → Project Closure

- Direct client-handling experience
- Experience in UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare

Preferred Educational Background: B.Com, M.Com, BBA/MBA Finance, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent accounting/finance experience.
