Odoo Functional Consultant —

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, translate them into Odoo solutions, and work closely with customers and the development team to deliver successful ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze client business processes and requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules according to business requirements.
- Work with modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, POS, Website and eCommerce.
- Prepare functional specifications and clearly communicate requirements to Odoo developers.
- Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations.
- Perform functional testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct customer training.
- Support data migration and system configuration.
- Manage implementation activities and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and solution presentations.

Required Skills





- Robust understanding of ERP and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Community or Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Odoo configuration and workflows.
- Ability to understand accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, CRM, and business operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and developers.
- Experience preparing functional documentation.
- Good English communication skills.

Preferred

- Odoo implementation experience.
- Experience with Odoo 16/17/18/19.
- Knowledge of Odoo Studio and basic technical concepts.
- Understanding of API integrations and third-party applications.
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or service-business implementations.
- Odoo certification is an advantage.
