No of Years of Exp: 12+ years in solar design engineering/ Projects/ Commissioning/ OM/ Performance management.

Education: B.Tech Electrical from Premier Institute (Top 20 Engineering Institute)

Roles and Responsibilities

The Candidate will be responsible for Managing the performance of operating solar assets to exceed designed generation by undertaking data analysis and required engineering with full compliance to National Regulations and Organisation Requirements.

Major Job Responsibilities includes

Technical Asset Management by undertaking asset performance supervision and warranty management.

Undertake engineering for re-powering / retrofitting and quality audits/inspections to achieve/exceed designed generation of the plants.

Carry out the trending and performance analysis by gathering data for performance ratio, CUF, daily, and share the report with Solar and Wind Management Team for Review every month.





Keep track of regulations and ensure compliance to the same including forecasting and scheduling, Deviation settlement mechanism.

Commercial transaction with NVVN/SECI/NTPC/Discoms including raising invoice and following up with them for timely payment.

Conduct Safety audits of the site/s to flag risks and monitor corrective actions.
