About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and qualified Nutritionist with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in diet planning, weight management, and lifestyle coaching.

In this role, you will work directly with Head of Nutrition to support the planning and strategic approach for working with customers to assess their health goals and develop customized nutritional plans that drive results and support their long-term wellness.

Key Deliverables

1. Diet and Nutrition Consultations o Conduct one-on-one online consultations to assess clients’ nutritional needs, medical history, and lifestyle habits, etc.

o Design and implement personalized diet plans tailored to individual health goals, such as weight loss, weight maintenance, PCOS/PCOD, healthy lifestyle o Provide weight management counselling using evidence-based strategies and follow-up support o Educate clients on healthy eating habits, food choices, foods swaps and sustainable lifestyle changes o Monitor client progress, make necessary adjustments to plans, and provide motivation and support o Stay up-to-date with the latest research in nutrition and dietary trend

Nutrition Science support for the Brand o Develop nutrition education content for customers like weekly tips o Develop diet plans and dietary tips to support requirements during detailed nutrition consultations for customers o Support execution of on-ground / virtual customer, community or HCPs engagements as a nutrition expert (on need basis)

o Ad hoc work projects to support the Founder and Nutrition Team on Scientific Domain

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of proven experience in clinical nutrition , wellness coaching , client diet counselling or similar roles
- Solid understanding of dietary planning and weight management techniques
- Experience working in a wellness startup, health tech, or digital consultation environment
- Knowledge of fitness and exercise physiology
- Empathetic, client-focused, and result-oriented approach
- Language Proficiency: Must have good written and oral English Language communication
- Ability to speak and communicate in other 1-2 regional languages will be added advantage (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, good academic performance
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Capable of working with Senior Leaders directly
