Role Description This remote Nutraceutical Product Development & R&D; Consultant role involves supporting the end-to-end development of nutraceutical products, from idea generation through formulation and launch. The consultant will assist in conducting literature reviews, analyzing scientific data, and evaluating ingredients for efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with R&D; and quality teams, preparing technical documentation and product specifications, and contributing to stability, sensory, and performance assessments.

The consultant will also help coordinate with manufacturing partners, support packaging and labeling claims, and provide product-related insights to internal stakeholders such as marketing and customer support. This is an consultant role, with opportunities to learn, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to the nutraceutical and wellness industry.

Qualifications





- Product specialist capabilities, including understanding of nutraceutical formulations, ingredients, and functional health categories.
- Solid analytical skills for interpreting research data, evaluating product performance, and supporting evidence-based recommendations.
- Effective communication skills for preparing clear technical documents, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer service and sales awareness to translate product benefits into user-friendly information and support internal teams.
- Educational background in nutrition, food science, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field (students and recent graduates welcome).
- Familiarity with basic regulatory and quality concepts in nutraceuticals or functional foods is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines.
- Curiosity about wellness trends, emerging ingredients, and evidence-based health solutions.
