1. Plan and conduct theory and practical classes for Staff Nurse.

2. Provide clinical teaching and supervision in hospital departments.

3. Demonstrate nursing procedures and ensure staffs perform procedures safely.

4. Assess staff knowledge, clinical skills, attitude, and professional conduct.

5. Orient staff regarding hospital policies, infection control, patient safety, ethics, and professional conduct.

6. Ensure staff to follow proper uniform, grooming, identification, and safety requirements.

7. Identify staff requiring additional guidance or remedial training and provide appropriate support.

8. Conduct skill demonstrations, return demonstrations, and competency assessments.

9. Encourage evidence-based nursing practice and professional development.

10. Participate in nursing education programmes,



workshops, seminars, and continuing education activities.

11. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection prevention practices, and quality standards.

12. Report incidents or deviations from protocol to the appropriate authority.

13. Maintain confidentiality of patient and staff information.

14. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing Head / Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
