Staff Nurse / ANM – Assisted Living & Elder Care

Samara Assisted Living, Mogappair, Chennai is inviting applications from compassionate and responsible Staff Nurses and ANMs to join our assisted-living and elder-care team.

The role involves providing nursing and personal care to elderly residents, post-hospital recovery patients and individuals who require supervised assistance in a safe, comfortable and respectful residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and assistance to residents.
- Administer medicines as prescribed and maintain medication records.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report significant changes.
- Assist with post-hospital recovery and rehabilitation care.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist residents with mobility, feeding, hygiene and other activities of daily living when required.
- Maintain accurate nursing and care documentation.
- Communicate appropriately with residents and their family members.
- Follow infection-control, medication-safety and patient-safety practices.
- Ensure compassionate, respectful and dignified care at all times.

Eligibility

- Staff Nurse: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- ANM:



Recognised ANM qualification
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates may apply.
- Candidates should have a caring attitude towards elderly persons and be willing to work in shifts.
- Experience in hospitals, geriatric care, rehabilitation, home healthcare or assisted living will be an advantage.
