Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend : ₹10,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally
- Provide timely and effective support by resolving queries and concerns
- Create and manage support tickets with explicit documentation
- Communicate updates and ensure a smooth customer experience
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Patience and professionalism in handling customers
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory
