Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Network Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our broadband network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network stability, resolving technical issues, monitoring network performance, and supporting the technical team in maintaining uninterrupted internet services.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain the company's broadband and fiber network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, OLTs, ONTs, MikroTik, and other networking equipment.
- Handle network-related customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to fiber connectivity, signal levels, routing, bandwidth, and network performance.
- Monitor network devices and take preventive action to minimize downtime.
- Configure and manage IP addresses, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, routing, and related network services.
- Coordinate with fiber maintenance and technical teams for fiber cuts, device failures, and network outages.
- Support installation, configuration, and commissioning of new network equipment.




- Maintain proper documentation of network equipment, configurations, and connectivity.
- Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to field engineers and technicians when required.
- Participate in network expansion, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure network security and follow company technical procedures.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Routing and Switching.
- Hands-on knowledge of MikroTik routers and networking equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GPON/FTTH and fiber broadband networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
- Knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle network outages.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant networking experience may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
