Key Responsibilities • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls

• Manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity

• Configure VLANs, trunking, access ports, and inter-VLAN routing

• Troubleshoot Static Routing, OSPF, and Basic BGP

• Manage Firewall Rules, ACLs, NAT/PAT, Port Forwarding, and Security Policies

• Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site & Remote Access VPNs

• Monitor network performance, bandwidth, availability, and uptime

• Troubleshoot using Wireshark, TCPDump, Ping, Traceroute, NSLookup/Dig, and other tools

- Handle network incidents, RCA, problem resolution, and SLA compliance

• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, IP addressing, and device configurations

• Perform network audits, configuration backups, upgrades, and maintenance

• Prepare monthly network health & performance reports

• Coordinate with ISP, Server, Cloud, Security, and Application teams

• Support network security, segmentation, deployment, migration, and expansion projects Required Technical Skills

FortiGate | Palo Alto | Cisco ASA/Firepower | Sophos | pfSense/OPNsense

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

Wireshark | TCPDump | PRTG | Zabbix | Nagios | Grafana | SNMP | Syslog | NetFlow | Ping | Traceroute | NSLookup | Dig

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field

• 2–3 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience

• CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge preferred

• Firewall / Network Security certification is an advantage
