Role Description The Network Development Specialist is a full-time role based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the specialist will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers to strengthen QATLOG’s operational network. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating current partnership opportunities, negotiating terms, monitoring partner performance, and ensuring alignment with company service standards and client expectations.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support business development initiatives, analyzing market trends and network performance data,



and preparing reports and recommendations for leadership. The specialist will also support provider onboarding, resolve network-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of QATLOG’s logistics network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Development, including identifying, evaluating, and expanding logistics and provider networks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Provider Relations and Sales to manage partnerships, negotiate agreements, and support business growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, assess market trends, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage external partners, and present findings clearly.
- 2 years Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office software and tools used for reporting, data analysis, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
