- Requirements Gathering &
- Blueprinting:

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to map business processes (e.g., bid-to-bill, project budgeting) to NetSuite SuiteProjects functionality.
- System Configuration &
- Implementation: Configure SuiteProjects modules, including project templates, project tasks, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), billing schedules, and revenue recognition rules.
- Resource Management Setup: Configure and optimize resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project capacity planning based on skill sets and availability.
- Project Accounting &
- Billing: Set up complex project billing (Fixed Fee, Time &
- Materials), Expense Management, and Project Revenue Management.
- Data Migration &
- Integration: Lead data migration (customer, project, and financial data) using CSV imports and ensure integration with CRM or external tools.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) &
- Training: Create test plans, execute UAT, and provide training to end-users to ensure high adoption rates.
- Support &
- Optimization: Troubleshoot functional issues, create advanced saved searches, reports,



and dashboards to provide real-time project visibility.
- Change Management: Advise clients on leading practices (SuiteSuccess) and manage the transition from manual processes to NetSuite PSA.

Required Skills &
- Qualifications

- Experience: 5–8 years of direct experience in NetSuite implementation, with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations specializing in SuiteProjects/PSA.
- Functional Expertise: Solid understanding of Professional Services industry processes—Resource Management, Timesheet Management, Project Accounting, and Project Billing.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in configuring NetSuite (Custom Fields, Forms, Workflows, SuiteBuilder) and creating advanced Saved Searches and Reports.
- Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro, SuiteFlow (workflows), and SuiteAnalytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
