Responsibilities

We are seeking a Team Lead who comes from a strong hands-on background in building, maintaining, and leading development of internal and external facing web applications. This role involves leading a team of .NET and React JS developers while staying hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery. Hands-on expertise with extensive .NET Core, ASP.NET, React JS, HTML, CSS, SQL Server etc.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role guiding a team.

- Leads a team of .NET and React JS developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship
- Experience in developing RESTful microservices using .NET Core (mandatory)
- Experience architecting and reviewing front-end applications and components built with React JS (mandatory)
- Experience in using Azure Service Bus/RabbitMQ/Kafka using .NET Core (mandatory)
- Owns technical decisions for moderate to complex systems/applications. Defines architecture, reviews design, and ensures technical quality across the stack
- Sets and enforces software test methodologies, design patterns, OOPS concepts, and unit testing standards across the team
- Translates business requirements into project objectives and breaks them down into actionable technical tasks for the team
- Designs and reviews complex user interfaces built with React JS, ensuring consistency, performance, and positive UX across .NET applications
- Drives design methodologies and tool set decisions for the team
- Reviews and guides complex programming work across .NET and React JS, stepping in hands-on when needed
- Owns test strategy and quality gates for both backend (.NET) and frontend (React) work




- Leads integration efforts across .NET and React JS applications, and across interdepartmental projects
- Coordinates development efforts across multiple applications and departments, acting as the technical point of contact
- Champions community standards and best practices for .NET and React JS development within the team
- Owns support and maintenance strategy for .NET and React JS applications, including triaging and prioritizing issues
- Oversees creation of user manuals, user procedures, technical support documentation, and operational procedures
- Stays current on developments in the .NET and React ecosystem and brings forward opportunities, tools, or practices that could benefit the team or organization
- Leverages technology to improve the customer's experience
- Manages workload, timelines, and delivery commitments for the team, escalating risks early
- Conducts 1:1s, performance feedback, and supports the growth of team members
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Any graduation
2. 5+ years of software development experience in various business applications, with hands-on exposure to both .NET and React JS
3. 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a development team

5. Able to balance hands-on coding with people management and delivery ownership
