This role sits on one of our enterprise delivery engagements: a large-scale, multi-brand website platform (10+ brands, shared micro-services architecture) for a major US client, built on Sitefinity CMS. The role

You'll join an augmented delivery team - 2 Neurogent developers working alongside the client's product owner and senior architect - building and maintaining features on a multisite Sitefinity CMS platform serving 10+ consumer-facing brands and shared services (online tour scheduling, school/location search, contact and call-request modules). This is a hands-on maintenance-and-feature-delivery role on an established, actively-used enterprise platform - not a greenfield build. You'll work in .NET Framework 4.6.1–4.8 and ASP.NET MVC 5, not .NET Core/8.

What you'll do

- Build and extend features within Sitefinity CMS across a multisite, multi-brand configuration - custom widgets, modules, and content types
- Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC 5 (.NET Framework 4.6.1) front-end applications and jQuery-based UI
- Work with Sitefinity's RESTful API (.NET Framework 4.8) and a shared Marketing API (.NET Standard 2.0 class library, Entity Framework 6.0)
- Design, query,



and optimize SQL Server schemas supporting the CMS and marketing data layer
- Deploy through Azure DevOps Pipelines/Repos across Dev → QA → Test → Stage → Prod, on an Azure-hosted, load-balanced (Application Gateway) architecture
- Debug production issues across IIS-hosted app pools, Elasticsearch-backed site search, and CDN-cached content
- Work directly with the client's Product Owner and Sr. Architect, plus Neurogent's PM/SM and manual QA - this is a collaborative augmented-team model, not a ticket queue What we're looking for
- 3+ years professional .NET development (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework 4.x)
- Hands-on, production experience with Sitefinity CMS specifically - multisite setup, custom widgets/modules, Sitefinity RESTful API. This is a hard requirement; general CMS experience (WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico) is not a substitute
- Strong SQL Server: schema design, query tuning, Entity Framework (EF6)
- Comfortable maintaining a mature, actively-used codebase on .NET Framework 4.x / MVC5 / jQuery rather than working greenfield on the latest framework
- Experience with Azure-hosted infrastructure, Azure DevOps CI/CD, IIS
- Able to work across a multi-setting release pipeline (Dev/QA/Test/Stage/Prod) with structured QA gates
- Comfortable working directly with client-side architects and product owners in a blended delivery team
- Nice to have: Elasticsearch, headless/multisite CMS architecture, CRM or marketing-API integration experience (Salesforce, similar platforms)
