Job DescriptionThe Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the development, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of software products and IT solutions offered by IOLITE across various industries.

The candidate will work closely with developers, technical leads, and business teams to understand requirements, develop scalable solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve existing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develop and integrate RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, stored procedures, and other database components.
- Apply appropriate database normalization and data modelling techniques.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, solution designing, and development planning.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production-related issues.
- Perform code reviews and contribute towards improving application quality and performance.
- Work on enhancements and new feature development for existing software products.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to deliver projects within defined timelines.




- Continuously learn and adopt current technologies, development practices, and frameworks as required.

Required Skill Set
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Good experience in developing ASP.NET Core Web APIs / REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 8+.
- Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
- Good understanding of database design, relationships, normalization, indexes, queries, and stored procedures.
- Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and logical problem-solving.
- Experience in integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
- Good understanding of application architecture and the software development life cycle.
- Ability to understand existing code and independently work on enhancements and bug fixes.
- Good debugging and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Git / version control systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a development team.

Preferred SkillsCandidates having experience or exposure to any of the following will be preferred:
- Entity Framework Core
- LINQ

- Repository / Service Design Patterns
- Authentication and Authorization using JWT

- Azure or other cloud platforms

QualificationB.Tech / B.E. in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant qualification Eligibility Criteria

- Candidate should have secured minimum 9.0 CGPA or 90% marks in graduation.
- English-medium schooling is mandatory.
- Candidate should have a solid academic background with no active backlogs.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication is expected.
- Candidates with consistently strong academic performance in 10th, 12th, and graduation will be preferred.
