Syna Hotels & Resorts is looking for passionate Naturalists to join our team across our properties in the Bandhavgarh landscape.
We are looking for people who don’t just know wildlife — but understand the forest, its stories and the landscape that surrounds it.
At Syna, we believe wilderness extends beyond the boundaries of a national park. Our experiences are about observing, understanding and connecting with nature — from wildlife and birdlife to forests, tracks, calls, insects, plants and the communities that share this landscape.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead immersive nature walks and wilderness experiences
- Interpret wildlife, birds, flora, fauna and forest ecology
- Identify and interpret tracks, pugmarks, calls and other signs of wildlife
- Create engaging and memorable experiences for our guests
- Share the lesser-known stories of the Bandhavgarh landscape
- Contribute to our rewilding, conservation and biodiversity initiatives
- Work closely with our hospitality team to create meaningful guest experiences
We’re looking for
- Naturalists / wildlife enthusiasts with a solid understanding of Central Indian wildlife
- Excellent observation and storytelling skills
- A genuine passion for nature and conservation
- Good communication skills and an ability to engage with guests
- Field experience in wildlife, ecology, nature interpretation or hospitality is preferred
- Most importantly — curiosity, humility and a willingness to keep learning
