Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow telesales and online sales channels across India
- Handle sales performance on website, Amazon, Flipkart & other platforms
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and B2B/salon channel partners nationally
- Build influencer collaborations across India
- Coordinate campaigns with the internal creative team
- Drive sales growth and build the department, including team hiring and training
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or e-commerce sales
- Solid communication and follow-up skills
- Team handling and campaign coordination experience
- Result-driven and growth-focused mindset
