Key Responsibilities:

Lead pre- and post-sales technical and customer support for advanced life science microscope imaging systems (Confocal, Super-Resolution, Spinning Disk, High-Content). Manage and mentor application and service teams, ensuring efficient installation, troubleshooting, and user training. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, build strong customer relationships, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Life Sciences; 15+ years of experience in imaging (including 5+ years in a leadership role); hands-on experience with major microscopy platforms.

Key Competencies/Skill

Leadership, technical expertise, customer focus, and robust communication skills.

KPIs:

Customer satisfaction, response time, training success, and contract renewals.

Others:

- Corporate Communications and Brand management
- Formulating the development and roll-out of annual brand plan (marketing calendar)
- Budget Management, Spend tracking and monthly /Quarterly reconciliation
- Analyzing consumer insights, ascertaining target audience and devising best ways of promotions
- Product marketing including competitive analysis and market forecast
- Must be able to lead a team of 10+ young and enthusiast members




- Must be good in team work during close interaction with technical /product and Sales team to run Campaigns.
- Close interaction with Digital, Creative and PR Agencies & Vendor management (POS / branding /exhibition / Promotional items / workshops/ in-shop display Vendors)
