- We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoC Lead with 710 years of IT experience to drive the design, development, and implementa%on of API interfaces using the MuleSoC Anypoint PlaLorm.

- The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with B2B Manager implementa%on, enabling secure and scalable B2B integra%ons.

- As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-func%onal teams, mentor developers, and ensure best prac%ces in API-led connec%vity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, and develop API interfaces and integra%on solu%ons using MuleSoC Anypoint PlaLorm.

- Configure APIs to enable seamless integra%on between internal systems, external partners, and cloud applica%ons.

- Lead the implementa%on of B2B integra%ons leveraging MuleSoC B2B Managerincluding partner onboarding, protocol configura%on (AS2, X12, EDIFACT), message tracking, and troubleshoo%ng.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical integra%on designs and data flows.

- Develop reusable assets (connectors, templates, frameworks) to accelerate API development.

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of APIs following best prac%ces and organiza%onal standards.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solu%on architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor and guide junior team members;

- conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.





- Manage deployment cycles and provide produc%on support for integra%on solu%ons as needed.

- Maintain documenta%on for APIs, data mappings, partner configura%ons, and opera%onal procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Informa%on Technology, or related field.

- 7-10 years of skilled experience in system integra%on or API development;

- minimum 4 years working hands-on with MuleSoC Anypoint PlaLorm.

- Proven exper%se in designing and configuring APIs (REST/SOAP) using RAML/OpenAPI specifica%ons on MuleSoC.

- Hands-on experience with B2B Manager:

- setup/configura%on of trading partners, implemen%ng EDI standards/protocols (AS2/X12/EDIFACT), managing message flows.

- External-Generic

- Proficiency in DataWeave for data transforma%on/mapping.

- Experience integra%ng with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of API security (OAuth2/JWT), error handling, logging, and monitoring prac%ces.

- Excellent communica%on skills;

- able to work effec%vely with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership abili%es in Agile/Scrum environments;

- experience leading small to mid-sized teams preferred.

- MuleSoC cer%fica%ons (Developer/Integra%on Architect/B2B) are highly desirable.
