JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to develop engaging visual content for digital platforms including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, etc. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of design, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing, user-friendly outputs. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality creative assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Creation

- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and social media creatives.
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Edit photos and videos for digital platforms.

2. Video Production & Editing

- Plan, shoot (if required), and edit promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, and corporate content.
- Add sound effects, background music, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Ensure high-quality output suitable for web and social media platforms.

3. Graphic Design

- Design brochures, banners, posters, social media posts, presentations, and website visuals.
- Create branding materials such as logos, business cards, and marketing collaterals.

4. Animation & Motion Graphics

- Develop 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Create animated videos for advertisements and social media.

5. Website & Digital Support

- Create visual assets for websites and landing pages.
- Optimize multimedia content for faster web performance.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with marketing,



development, and content teams.
- Understand project briefs and deliver within deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback.

7. Brand Consistency

- Ensure all multimedia outputs maintain brand identity and quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field. Relevant certifications in design tools are an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Multimedia design or similar creative roles. (Freshers with strong portfolio can also apply).

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) or Figma / Canva.

· Robust understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.

· Understanding of video editing, color correction, and sound synchronization.

· Basic knowledge of 2D/3D design tools (Blender / 3ds Max / Maya – optional but preferred).

· Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
