Role Summary

Looking for an experienced MS365 Copilot Studio AI Developer to design and develop AI-driven business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations. The role involves building multi-agent workflows, integrating business applications, and automating business processes using Microsoft and third-party platforms.

Technical Requirements

Copilot Studio Agentic AI

- Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Build and implement multi-agent workflows and agent orchestration patterns.

- Configure generative AI capabilities, custom actions, topics, and knowledge sources.

- Implement agent-to-agent communication, context passing, and workflow execution.

- Develop AI solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and RAG patterns.

Power Automate

- Build complex cloud flows and business process automations.

- Develop event-driven and approval-based workflows.

- Implement error handling, monitoring, and workflow optimization.

- Create reusable automation components and integrations.

Integrations Connectors

- Integrate Copilot Studio and Power Automate with:

o Microsoft Teams,SharePoint Online,Outlook, OneDrive,Dataverse,Microsoft Graph API

- Hands-on experience with Premium Connectors such as:

- Jira,Azure DevOps,DocuSign

- Develop and consume REST APIs and Custom Connectors.

MCP Enterprise AI Integration





- Connect AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and knowledge systems through MCP.

Development Platform Skills

- Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API

- REST APIs

- Dataverse, Azure OpenAI (preferred)

- JavaScript/TypeScript or C#

- Git and Azure DevOps

Desired Aptitude

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into AI and automation solutions.

- Good understanding of enterprise application integration patterns.

Experience

- 6-8 years of software development, automation, or integration experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

- Experience building enterprise AI agents, chatbot, or workflow automation solutions.

- Solid experience with Premium Connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
