MSC (MicroSave Consulting) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ????????? – ???? ?????? to join our Knowledge Management & Marketing (KMM) team. This role is ideal for an editorial qualified with exceptional language skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex technical content into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly communication.

With 27 years of impact across financial, social, and economic inclusion, MSC works with governments, donors, private sector corporations, and local businesses across 68+ developing countries.

In this role, you will support Editorial by editing and refining diverse communication materials while ensuring consistency with MSC's editorial standards and house style. You will collaborate closely with our in-house communications team and leverage AI-powered tools responsibly to enhance editorial quality and efficiency.

?Edit and proofread blogs, reports, decks, campaigns, social media content, and other materials.

?Ensure alignment with MSC’s editorial standards, brand guidelines, and house style.

?Improve clarity, readability, and flow while preserving intent and accuracy.

?Correct grammar, remove Indianisms, resolve inconsistencies, and write in plain English.





?Use AI tools responsibly to support research and editorial workflows.

?Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

?Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

?2–5 years of editorial experience in print or digital media, publishing, business editing, technical editing, or related editorial functions.

?Prior experience or internship with a media organization, publishing house, or editorial team.

?Excellent command of English with strong editing, proofreading, and rewriting skills.

?Ability to quickly adapt to editorial, brand, and client style guides.

?Exposure to generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

?Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Track Changes), PowerPoint, and Excel.

?Degree in English, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Social Sciences.
