- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for Motor Insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and maintain conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance / Telesales is manadatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales setting.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
