Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff for efficient operations.

- Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

- Conduct inventory management and order supplies as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication histories.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

- Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a managerial role.

- Solid knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

- Familiarity with healthcare software and technology systems is an asset.
