Role Description

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, animations, and video content.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create:

1. Social media videos & reels
2. Explainer and corporate videos
3. Ads and campaign creatives
4. Typography and logo animations
5. Presentation/brand films
6. Editing Podcast Videos

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize and create motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital platforms.
2. Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos.
3. Design visual assets, transitions, and animated elements.
4. Work on explainer videos, promo videos, reels, and ad creatives.
5. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign direction.
6. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
7.



Stay updated on trends in motion graphics, video editing, and digital content.
8. Manage timelines and deliver projects within deadlines.
9. Develop storyboards and visual frames to communicate ideas before production.

Skills We’re Looking For

1. Strong sense of visual storytelling and composition.
2. Creative thinking with attention to detail.
3. Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and animation principles.
4. Ability to translate briefs into compelling visual content.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Tools & Software Requirements

Must be proficient in

1. Adobe After Effects
2. Adobe Premiere Pro
3. Adobe Illustrator

Bonus if you also know:
1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Cinema 4D / Blender (optional)
3. Audition or basic sound editing
4. Canva (for quick adaptations)

Experience & Eligibility

1. 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (agency experience is a plus).
2. Solid portfolio/showreel showcasing animation, edits, and creative thinking.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn and evolve.
